PROPERTY DAMAGE RELEASE
The size and weight of trucks delivering materials or equipment from CLAIBORNE HAULING, LLC, HEAVY HAUL, LLC and affiliate companies (collectively, the “Company”), may possibly cause damage to the premises and/or adjacent property, or may become immobilized if the materials are delivered beyond the curb-line of the nearest municipal road. In addition, the delivery of material may result in debris around the delivery location. This PROPERTY DAMAGE RELEASE relieves the Company from any responsibility for any damage that may occur to the premises, and /or any other property, including but not limited to buildings, sidewalks, driveways, septic systems, water systems, wires, cables and other utilities etc., and removal of any debris resulting from the delivery of materials. The undersigned understands that any spread completed by dump truck operator is done as a courtesy only and will not result in completely smooth, engineer-level, final grade. The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company for any and all damage or debris to/on the premises and/or adjacent property, including all costs associated with recovery of the Company’s equipment.
